Don’t say goodbye to the Ben Fund!

We’re urging our members to remain in touch when new data law arrives

We’re asking our members to stay connected once the new data protection Laws (GDPR) come into force on 25 May.

In order to be GDPR compliant, we will need your permission to stay in touch even if are already receiving information about member benefits and services.

If members don’t give consent to stay in touch, unfortunately all communication from us will end after this date.

We currently hold personal data of all our members, including details of a nominated beneficiary*.

Our member’s personal details are already protected by WMP Benevolent Fund under the existing Data Protection Act 1998, however in order to conform to the updated legislation we now require new permission to stay in contact with you.
