Sickness Vouchers
If a full member is unable to work for more than 21 days consecutively through sickness, they will be entitled to claim £30 in shopping vouchers.
A member off sick for more than four months can claim a second voucher but can’t claim more than two vouchers in any one year.
You can claim these vouchers yourself or on someone else’s behalf if you are their supervisor or a Federation Rep.
Please note: Vouchers MUST be claimed within six months of returning back to work.
The Benevolent Fund is NOT automatically informed by West Midlands Police of members who are off work due to injury or sickness. Members or Federation Reps must inform the Fund of any sickness voucher claims.
NARPO Reps can claim vouchers on behalf of retired members who are seriously ill by completing the online form below.
We’ve teamed up with Vex gift e-vouchers to improve the sickness voucher scheme we offer members. The vouchers are redeemable in over 150 brands and 25,000 UK stores and act as a little well-being lift for those currently recovering from injury or illness.
Simply complete the application form to claim an e-voucher for yourself or on someone’s behalf and we will then email you a unique link to the Vex voucher site.
