Closing date for week one prize draw – National Space Centre is Sunday 31st July, closing date for week two prize draw – National Trust day out is Sunday 7th August, closing date for week three prize draw – Thinktank, Birmingham is Sunday 14th August and closing date for week four prize draw – Go Ape is Sunday 21st August.
Entrants must be resident in the UK, over the age of 18 but not employees (or members of their families) of West Midlands Police Benevolent Fund, their agents or anyone in contact with the draws.
To enter you must be a current subscribing member of WMP Benevolent Fund.
Only one entry per draw, however members can enter any or all of the four draws.
There are a total of four prizes offering family days out. WMP Benevolent Fund takes no responsibility for any loss or damage of personal belongings whilst visiting the attraction. The Fund is also not responsible for any personal injury whilst undertaking any activities on the family day out.
Prizes are for entrance fees only and cannot be used to purchase food or gifts at any of the attractions or exchanged for cash. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the family pass or voucher, the difference must be paid by the member.
Prizes are not subject to a specific date, however WMP Benevolent Fund recommend that you contact the attraction prior to your visit to ensure availability. We advise that you read their terms and conditions for booking.
Family pass or vouchers can be collected from Guardian House Sheldon or posted first class Royal Mail. WMP Benevolent Fund will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the prize winner’s family entrance pass or vouchers and members must ensure correct postal details are supplied.
The winner of the fourth prize draw will receive a voucher for Go Ape to the value of £100. Please see terms and conditions via Go Ape website for redeeming voucher.
Winners will be notified by e-mail after each weekly draw.
The name of each prize draw winner will be made available to those e-mailing info@wmpben.co.uk
No plain paper correspondence will be entered into.
No cash alternative will be offered.
Entry to all four draws is free.
Each draw will be made by an independent person.
The winners will be required to take part in any publicity and have their name and photograph published on the WMP Benevolent Fund website.
