Our holiday home ballot is now open!
As a member of the Benevolent Fund, you are eligible to bid for a week to stay at either of our holiday homes, Court Cottage (Dartmouth) or Peel’s Retreat (Weymouth)
How to bid for a week
Between 8 January and until midnight on 5 February 2024, you can register your interest via our online ballot. Simply click on the online calendar for the holiday home you wish to stay at and select the week you wish to go. Prices for individual weeks can be found by hovering over a week on the calendar. Once you have registered your interest you will receive a confirmation email.
At midnight 5 February registration will close and then the ballot will take place to decide which members have been successful with their bid.
If you are successful, you will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange a deposit payment and to fill in your booking details. If you are successful in booking a week via the ballot, you will not be able to bid in the ballot again for three years. This gives all our members a chance to stay.
Once the ballot closes any remaining weeks can be booked by all members, regardless of whether they have stayed at our properties before. Bookings will then be taken on a first come first served basis.
