We know disruption to travel and holidays will be inevitable this year. We want to reassure members that we are doing everything possible to ensure your planned holiday with us goes ahead.
At the time of this email the National Lockdown remains in place and we’re aware future tiered restrictions may be introduced in the coming months .
We know a worry felt by many people is the threat of future lockdowns forcing holidays to be cancelled.
We are completely flexible about this, and in the event of Covid stopping us from opening, bookings can either be moved to new dates or cancelled and refunded.
We will be in direct contact with everyone who has booked a holiday and full refunds will be offered to those who are affected.
