Convalescence and rehabilitation breaks to resume
We’re pleased to announce that St Michael’s Lodge, the holistic treatment centre in Lancashire will be operating a phased re-opening from 28 July.
St Michael’s closed its doors back in April in response to the Covid-19 outbreak but will now be offering physiotherapy to Benevolent Fund members.
Members who had appointments cancelled will be notified by the Lodge staff to discuss options for re-booking. You will not need to submit a new application to stay.
We would like to reassure visitors that the treatment facility will be operating under strict Covid rules and these will be communicated to members at the time of booking.
From 3 August all Benevolent Fund members can apply in the usual way to stay at the convalescence and rehabilitation centre, however appointments will be for physiotherapy only.
Please note: Wellbeing/Mindfullness treatments are not currently available so please do NOT apply or obtain a GP/Health Professional signature as they will be rejected.
We will share details of when the wellbeing visits will resume as soon as we receive further details.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
