Coronavirus update 24/03/20: office closure
Office closure
Following the announcement by Boris Johnson yesterday 23 March, we have decided to close the office until further notice.
We will now be working remotely to offer some member benefits where possible and to maintain support and advice to our members.
If you need to contact West Midlands Police Benevolent Fund you can still do so by email info@wmpben.co.uk or via our contact page on the website https://wmpben.co.uk/contact-us/ where we hope to be able to respond to you quickly.
If you need to contact us urgently you can do so by telephoning 07775600309 and leaving a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your continued support, patience, and understanding.
Please stay indoors, safe and well.

As we all adapt to the major changes to our daily lives we wanted to reassure members that the fund is continuing to operate as best it can under these unprecedented circumstances.
We will be proving regular updates on our website about temporary changes to our benefits and services.
Our office currently remains open and members who need to get in touch can do so either by emailing info@wmpben.co.uk or telephoning 0121 752 4919. Please DO NOT visit Guardians House.
There may be occasions when our phone line will be diverted to a mobile phone.
As you can appreciate we are experiencing a high volume of calls about our holiday properties and other services.
If you cannot get through to a member of staff immediately, please leave a message and we will respond as soon as possible.
On behalf of everyone here at the Benevolent Fund we want to thank you for your continued support.
Please stay safe and keep well.
