The early bird catches the beach ball!

The Benevolent Fund has released new dates for 2018/19 for its members to stay at their popular holiday home in Weymouth, Dorset.

Peel’s Retreat is a three-bedroom townhouse close to Newton’s Bay.  Sleeping up to six people and with parking for one car the property is ideally located on the south coast of Dorset to explore the pretty harbour, sandy beach and local attractions.

We’re offering our members the chance to bid for a week long break to stay at a discounted rate.

If you have been a member for more than six months you will be eligible to register your interest and request a week via the Fund’s online booking system from 8 to 30 January.

A ballot will take place to decide which members have been successful and a member of the Ben Fund team will then be in touch to arrange a deposit.

There are lots of great things to see and do during your stay– a gateway to the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site and only a few miles from Chesil Beach where a causeway leads to Portland Island.

The holiday home was snapped up by members last year, who gave ‘Peels Retreat’ the thumbs up for a great seaside location and home from home.

For more details about the Weymouth holiday home visit our Weymouth page or call the Ben Fund office on 0121 752 4919.

The Benevolent Fund helps serving officers, police staff and their families through difficult times and over the years has supported thousands of police colleagues in need.

For as little as £2.00 per month the Fund provides vital support to you and your family, such as: Charitable grants, interest free loans, high street shopping vouchers (if you are off work sick), life cover of £3500 and help with convalescence.
