Help us to spread the benefits
We’ve launched a member recruitment campaign called ‘Share the benefits’ so that we can help more people in need.
“We want to increase membership so that we can help more people in times of need,” says Benevolent Fund chairman John Williams.
“During the last year, we’ve given out over £31,000 in gifts and grants to help members through difficult times. We’ve donated nearly £25,000 to widows and orphans and over £4,000 has helped to support members with convalescence,” he added.
“If every serving member recruited a colleague, it would raise an amazing £6,000 a month to help people in the West Midlands police family.”
Recommend a friend or colleague who works for WMP and the Fund will reward you if they join before December 2015.
