New Ben Fund Director

Inspector Julie Mason has joined the Benevolent Fund’s team of directors. She has been a member of the Fund for over 25 years and has been working with the Dudley neighbourhood team for the last two years.

“I joined the Fund because it was the right thing to do and now I’ve become a director because I can directly influence how the Fund works. I strongly believe in taking responsibility and making things happen,” she says.

“It’s vitally important that we look after our existing and retired police staff and how better to do this than through a Fund entirely focused on doing just that. Working with the Benevolent Fund has opened my eyes to what fantastic and critical support it provides.”
